That's done in the ncrypt branch. It works well.

Some comments : 
- ncrypt documentation is very poor (only sample, no description) and there's 
no online doc.
- mailing list is... almost empty. Very very few email. Hope it is still 
maintained.
- NCrypt encryption mechanism need an initial vector *and* a key to achieve 
proper encryption. I think that asking two things to user is way too much 
(GnuPG required only one). So I put a fix initial vector... Hope that's not too 
weak.

It requires one more deps (NCrypt) but cryptutils.py is simplier.
