If you installed Yokadi with python setup.py install, you only have to remove 
the following directories : 
/usr/share/yokadi
/usr/lib/python-2.x/site-package/yokadi

And the following binaries :
/usr/bin/yokadi
/usr/bin/yokadid
/usr/bin/xyokadi
