I reviewed your patch and have some comments.

By quaterly, what do you mean ? Every 4 month or at the begining of yearly 
quarter ?
Your code does the second option, but was it intended ?

On the other hand, I don't understand why you group quaterly with yearly 
block.
Why not just add "elif quarterly" after this one ?
