Sorry, I totally forgot about this :/
I emailed Pat some time ago, with a different solution though. He wasn't aware 
of the readline module actually using readline, which additionally to it not 
working correctly, also adds some potential license issues to the python 
package. His answer was to have a look at it once python was upgraded in 
-current.
Now, python got upgraded to 2.6.x in -current, but I haven't had the time yet 
to test yokadi against it. I have a test system available (of slack64 as 
well), so it might just be a matter of days.
