[Ml-yokadi] update script path?

Thing is that, current path/update.py path will never be correct :)

Putting update/README is enough. I'm putting REAME.Debian and adding
db updating procedure in it.

I've corrected some issues in manpages, will send patch in separate
mail sometime in weekend..
