/usr/share/doc/yokadi/update/update.py is path we use in Debian. I
think it should be /usr/share/yokadi/update/update*.py
(You can see it at: http://packages.debian.org/sid/all/yokadi/filelist)

Thanks. README.update is also better way to separate two READMEs.
