Yes it does (§4.8.8.1 of RFC 2345).

I've just tested and it works ! Korganizer keep custom fields and send it back 
to yokadi. Thanks for the idea. 
For urgency I think I will use Aurelien idea (compute backward urgency to see 
if it change) but I keep that in mind for further works (keyword value for 
ex.)
